Yahoo employees believe in beautiful female CEO

Through the survey, Yahoo employees showed no confidence in the decision-making ability of the leadership. They also searched for nicknames to mock their female CEOs.
Once upon a time, CEO Marissa Mayer was considered the savior of Yahoo. The expectations put on this character are enormous. The evidence is that throughout the walls at the corporate headquarters, Mayer's prints resemble those of former President Barack Obama.

However, things change drastically after a few years. Support for Mayer is down, according to The New York Times. Many people call Mayer with the nickname "Evita" simulated by Eva Peron, the ex-wife of Argentine dictator Jua Peron, who is known for his strong desire for power and fame.
In Glassdor's recent survey of about 2,200 Yahoo employees, the most disconcerting thing about the company was the role of the leaders and the ability to make decisions. "Existing senior leaders do not have a real plan for long-term development," an unnamed spokesperson said.
Yahoo's Mayer credibility will go down as the company starts a purge of about 10% of employees (more than 1,000) in the coming weeks. In 2015 alone, one-third of Yahoo employees left the company, both proactive and passive. According to the Glassdoor survey, only 34% of Yahoo employees believe the company is still in the future.
Last December, Erc Jackson, senior manager of SpringOwl, sent a 99-page presentation, stating why Yahoo should dismiss Marissa Mayer and find someone else.
